Iksha Resorts Private Limited is a “Boutique Resort cum Hotel” in Rajrappa area, approximately 70 kms away from the capital city of Jharkhand, Ranchi. Rajrappa is the abode of holy goddess of Shakti, Maa Chhinnamastika. Maa Chhinnamastika is a hindu pilgrimage centre and one of the Shakti Peeths. It is a place frequented by devotees to offer puja to the goddess of Maa Chhinnamastika. Rajrappa is also a sangam (a confluence) of two famous rivers Damodar and Bhairavi. The breathtaking view of the 20 feet waterfall on the hillocks created by the Sangam of the rivers, the boat ride on Damodar, the 10 km drive amidst the tranquility of the canopy of greens embellished with mango, teak, mahogany, neem, jackfruit trees en-route Rajarappa are too good to miss out. Maa Chhinnamastika, an ancient temple that finds its presence in old hindu scriptures, vedas, puranas hogs the limelight for its tantric style of architectural design in addition to its huge devotee-following across the eastern and north-eastern states in India.

Iksha Resorts Private Limited in collaboration with Jharkhand Tourism and Development Corporation (JTDC) has set up a hotel cum restaurant namely DEVLOK on Gola Road, a Resort namely KESRIKUNJ on Chitarpur Road, a multi-cuisine Restaurant named DAKSH . Devlok, Kesrikunj and Daksh have spacious Banquets and lush-green Gardens for organising various functions such as Mundan, Janehu, Marriage, Engagements, Corporate Meeting etc.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Mr. Raghubar Das, inaugurated the functioning of the resorts and the restaurant on February 24, 2018 with the accolades of the collaborative initiatives of the magnanimity of Jharkhand Tourism and Development Corporation and the visionary industry leaders associated with the senior management team.

Accommodation

We have four well decorated “over-sized” rooms to give you a feel of a “luxury home stay”. Each one has a name, like Daksh (Food Court), Kesrikunj Royals (Banquet), Devlok (Hotel & Restaurant) and Kesrikunj (Resort, Banquet and Garden).

Each air-conditioned room with huge glass windows offers a calm and comfortable environment with a natural view and services such as intercom, satellite TV, free WiFi, mini fridge and a kitchenette. All rooms come with a private bathroom with geyser and a balcony. Extras include slippers and free toiletries. We also have a dormitory for a couple of drivers.

Leisure

A stay at Iksha Resorts includes access to a range of common leisure spaces: a resort, a restaurant, and banquet, a food joint. Each is organised by our friendly staff to guarantee the tranquillity typical of a village holiday home coupled with the advantages of a modest resort.

Whether you desire meditation in a quiet space away from the kids, relaxation with a romantic stroll around the garden and , we strive to accommodate all recreational requests.

Indulge

We serve simple, authentic, fast food dishes. Lunch is typically served between 12:30 and 1:00 PM and dinner is served between 8:30 and 9:30 PM.

We provide a complimentary breakfast either of milk-cereal, luchi-aalurdom, toast-omelette, and seasonal fruits or a combination of them each day of your stay along with tea and coffee. There is a small kitchenette in your room with small sachets of tea, sugar, milk and coffee that you can use whenever you feel like.

Also, a small selection of snack items like biscuits/chips/chanachur/nuts/fruit juice are available for purchase.

We do not offer any room service as the food has a long way to travel. We are extra cautious while maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in our property. But we have a flexible support service when it comes to the elderly and people with disability.

Tariff

We have ‘over-sized’ rooms each having a private bathroom with geyser, a balcony and a kitchenette . The tariff for each unit is Rs. XXXX only. Rates are based on single or double occupancy per room per night and include complimentary breakfast. One extra person can be accommodated for an additional charge of Rs.XXXX only.

We have a drivers’ dormitory which can be availed by paying Rs. XXX for each of them. No GST applicable. The above tariff may not be valid in festive days, New Year & long weekends. We reserve the right to change the tariff as per requirement. So visitors are requested to check the current tariff before making reservation.

Check-In, check-Out

Our check-in time is between 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM and check-out time is 11:30 AM. All guests must produce either a valid passport, Aadhar Card or a voter ID upon check-in. Early check-in or Late check-out is subject to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with our staff. A levy is chargeable for early check-in and late check-out. Room not occupied by 1:30 PM will be seen as ‘No Show’, unless prior arrangement has been made or intimation given.

Booking & Reservation

You can BOOK ONLINE via our website or through e-mail to info@iksharesorts.com For bookings made more than 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be 50% of the total booking value, payable by credit or debit card or by electronic transfer to our account, the details of which are given below. Payment for the balance of your stay will be taken on checking in. For bookings made less than 10 days in advance, the full amount becomes payable immediately.

Your booking will be completed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit. Prior to that the booking will only be regarded as provisional. Please note that festive seasons are subject to a minimum two/three night stay. Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party.
